About
Rooted Integrative Psychiatry
Meet Robyn Manning, PMHNP-BC
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner providing care to adolescents and adults seeking clarity, stability, and meaningful progress. My work centers on helping individuals understand what may be contributing to their symptoms and developing treatment plans that feel thoughtful, manageable, and aligned with their lives.
With over 20 years of experience in healthcare, spanning high-acuity medical environments and community psychiatry, I bring a seasoned and balanced perspective to care. My clinical and leadership background has shaped an approach grounded in careful evaluation, steady decision-making, and long-term stability rather than quick fixes.
This foundation allows me to approach psychiatric care with both structure and flexibility, recognizing that mental health is influenced by interconnected systems. Mental health does not exist in isolation. I consider how stress patterns, sleep, lifestyle, focus, organization, follow through, and physical well-being may influence emotional and cognitive health. I am currently deepening my studies in Ayurveda, a traditional system of medicine that views the body and mind as interconnected systems. This perspective informs my whole-person approach while remaining grounded in evidence-based psychiatric care.
Treatment may include medication management, brief therapeutic support, and structured strategies to improve focus, organization, and emotional regulation. For those seeking a more comprehensive format, I also offer extended sessions designed to explore patterns more deeply and support holistic, intentional change.
Above all, I aim to make psychiatric care feel steady, respectful, and understandable, especially during periods of transition or uncertainty.

Our Services
The initial psychiatric evaluation is a detailed assessment of your symptoms, medical and mental health history, and treatment goals. This visit provides diagnostic clarity and forms the foundation for an individualized treatment plan, which may include medication management, brief therapy, laboratory evaluation when appropriate, or coordination with other providers.
An additional fee may apply if this is a one-time consultation that includes a written summary sent to your provider.
ADHD evaluation and treatment are designed for individuals experiencing difficulty with focus, organization, time management, or follow-through. The evaluation process includes a thoughtful review of symptoms, history, and current challenges to determine whether ADHD or another factor may be contributing.
Treatment may include medication management, practical tools to improve focus and executive functioning, and collaborative planning to support success at work, school, or home. Care is tailored to each individual’s needs and goals.
Accepting New Appointments. Limited Next Day Appointments Available.
Integrative Psychiatric Support
For Adults Ready for Thoughtful Change
Many adults are managing careers, families, and responsibilities well on the outside, yet privately feel overwhelmed, mentally scattered, or caught in patterns that no longer work. They may have tried short-term solutions and found that the same concerns keep resurfacing.
Integrative Psychiatric Support is designed for individuals who want a more comprehensive and intentional approach to care. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, this service looks at the body and mind as connected systems. Stress, sleep, nutrition, hormonal shifts, executive functioning, life transitions, and emotional patterns all influence mental well-being. When these pieces are addressed together, change becomes more sustainable.
Care is guided by professional psychiatric training while allowing space for thoughtful conversation, practical strategy, and forward planning.
Appointments are longer than standard medication visits so there is time to reflect, clarify goals, and create structured next steps. Medication may be part of treatment when appropriate, but it is never the only option. Sessions may also include therapeutic support, practical tools to improve focus and organization, and guidance for managing stress and emotional overload.
This approach is often a good fit for adults who feel capable yet mentally exhausted, who are tired of repeating the same outcomes, and who are ready for steady, meaningful progress rather than temporary relief.
Between visits, secure messaging may be available for brief treatment-related questions. The pace and depth of care are individualized and adjusted over time.
This service is provided by a licensed Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and may include therapy as part of your treatment. It is not crisis care and does not replace intensive weekly psychotherapy.
